Resumen

Aprueba los acuerdos salariales para el personal dependiente de la Administración Pública Provincial enmarcado en diversos regímenes estatutarios. Modifica el Decreto 1572/22. Deroga el decreto 1436/04 y deroga parcialmente los Decretos 1823/05 y Nº 2601/08 (personal docente - Ley 10.430 - Ley 10.471 - Ley 10.449 - Ley 12.268 - Ley 10.328 - Ley 13.487 - Ley 13.477 - personal de casinos - Ley 10.384 - personal de la Dirección Provincial de Energía - Subsecretaría de Asuntos Portuarios - Ente Administrador Astillero Río Santiago - Ley N° 10.374 - Sistema Provincial de Residencias).

Modifica a Decreto 1572/2022 01/11/2022Aprueba la reglamentación del Artículo 52 de la Ley Nº 10.471 y fija los importes correspondientes a la asignación residencia. Deroga el Decreto 2557/01 (Ref. Reglamento Básico General para el Sistema Provincial de Residencias para Profesionales de la Salud).
