APRUEBA, EN SECRETARÍA GENERAL, LA DESAGREGACIÓN DE LA ESTRUCTURA ORGÁNICO-FUNCIONAL DE LA DIRECCIÓN PROVINCIAL DE IMPRESIONES Y DIGITALIZACIÓN DEL ESTADO Y MODIFICA LA REGLAMENTACIÓN DE LA LEY Nº 10.449, APROBADA POR DECRETO Nº 1705/89.

Modifica a Decreto 1705/1989 24/08/1989APRUEBA LA REGLAMENTACION DE LA LEY 10449, RÉGIMEN PARA EL PERSONAL TÉCNICO GRÁFICO QUE DESEMPEÑA TAREAS EN LA ADMINISTRACIÓN PÚBLICA.
Complementa a Decreto 4/2020 08/01/2020Aprueba, a partir del 11 de diciembre de 2019, la Estructura Orgánico-Funcional de la Secretaría General. Absorbe la Ex Secretaría Legal y Técnica. Ratifica las designaciones efectuadas por los Decretos 20 y 21 de 2019. Deroga el Decreto 82/18, el Artículo 2° y los Anexos I, Ia, Ib, Ic, Ii, Iia, Iib y Iic del Decreto 166/18 (Transfiere y Suprime Unidades Organizativas-Limita Designaciones-Vigencia).
Complementa a Decreto 895/2022 18/08/2022Modifica la Estructura Orgánico-Funcional de la Secretaría General, aprobada por Decreto 4/2020.
Complementa a Ley 10449 28/10/1986REGIMEN PARA EL PERSONAL TECNICO GRAFICO QUE DESEMPEñA TAREAS EN LA ADMINISTRACION PUBLICA. (MODIFICADA POR LEY 10461)
