Resumen

Aprueba el Acta Acuerdo de fecha 15 de octubre de 2021, que establece el régimen de labor de cuarenta horas semanales para los trabajadores enmarcados en el régimen de la Ley Nº 10.430 que revistan en la planta permanente y temporaria transitoria del Ministerio de Seguridad. deroga el Decreto 1087/20 y deja sin efecto la Resolución 2681/11 del entonces Ministerio de Justicia y Seguridad.

Complementa a Decreto 3169/2010 17/03/2011OTORGA UNA BONIFICACIÓN A LOS AGENTES ENMARCADOS EN EL RÉGIMEN DE LA LEY 10.430 QUE SE DESEMPEÑEN EN LAS UNIDADES DE DESARROLLO INFANTIL (UDIS) Y EN LA SUBSECRETARÍA DE ADICCIONES (MINISTERIO DE DESARROLLO SOCIAL).
