Decreto 124 B/2023	PRORROGA LA VIGENCIA DEL DECRETO Nº 1292/13 (CAJA DE RETIROS, JUBILACIONES Y PENSIONES DE LAS POLICÍAS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES - COMPATIBILIDAD LIMITADA).
Decreto 18/2022	Prorroga la vigencia del Decreto Nº 1292/13 por el término de 24 meses, a partir del 1 de enero de 2022 (Ref. Régimen de compatibiliadd limitada a jubilados y pensionados comprendidos en el artículo 50 de la Ley 13263).
Resolución 100/2022 del Ministerio de Seguridad	Establece que el personal retirado y jubilado que reingrese a la actividad estatal en el marco de lo dispuesto por el Decreto Nº 1292/13, prorrogado por Decreto Nº 18/22, podrá gozar de su retiro o jubilación con una reducción del diez por ciento.
Decreto 1791/2019	Prorroga por el término de veinticuatro (24) meses, a partir del 1° de enero de 2020, la vigencia del Decreto N° 1292/13, prorrogado por Decretos N° 157/16 y 129/18.
