LA PLATA, 20 de junio de 2001.

VISTO: El acuerdo prestado por el Honorable Senado y de conformidad con lo prescripto por el Art. 175 de la Constitución de la Provincia.

Por ello,

EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES

DECRETA:

ARTÍCULO 1º.- Nómbrase en el Poder Judicial

Departamento Judicial San Nicolás.

Agente Fiscal:

Al Dr. Omar Ariel Tempo (D.N.I. 16.193.760, Clase 1962).

ARTÍCULO 2º.- El presente Decreto será refrendado por el señor Ministro Secretario en el Departamento de Justicia.

ARTÍCULO 3º.- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese, dese al “Boletín Oficial”. Cumplido archívese.
